On the 13th and 14th of July, our Diploma class set to work for our final assessment of Woyzeck.
We spent the whole of the 13th setting up. Me and Cheyenne were in charge of music and sound effects so we spent most of the day with Howard downloading it all and then burning it to a CD. Supisingly, it actually took quite a long time and we had to get Corey and Rianna to help us choose the final track.
Once we had finished, we went back to the fishbowl and helped decorate the room. I wrote some words in my awful bubble writing and stuck them on the wall as well as cut out hearts and leaves to hang up. It was very tiring indeed and I was glad to go home after that.
On the 14th, me and Cheyenne instantly went to get the CD from Howard (which still needed to be burnt and took a great deal of time) but when we had finally finished, we continued to help with the sets, mainly cutting and sticking leaves.
The annoying thing was that me and Cheyenne locked our lunch in the fishbowl and we had to go to lunch late!
When the performance was finally ready, we decided that it might be best not to show it but just film it and sent that to the examiner.
I was in charge of music and had to play the correct tracks with correct timing whilst the actors performed.
I thought the performance was quite good for the short amount of time we'd had to put it together but I'm glad we didn't perform it on that day.
